What is your return/exchange policy?
If you are not satisfied with a product, we will provide a refund (less the original shipping cost) within 30 days of the ship date. We will also exchange or provide a credit for any product within 60 days of the ship date. The product must be in resalable condition. In order to make sure your request is processed, please contact us for approval. After 60 days, a credit only can be provided at our discretion. We strongly recommend shipping all products back using a trackable delivery method such as UPS or Fed Ex.

What grade level are your products appropriate for?

Does your software include teacher documentation?
Yes. The documentation that accompanies each piece of software contains loading instructions, teaching objectives, lesson plans, suggestions for various computer configurations (labs, one computer per classroom, etc.), and activity answers and step-by-step arithmetic solutions where appropriate.
How many class hours does your software take to complete?
The documentation that accompanies each piece of software includes a standard number of hours suggested for completing the program. For example:
On Your Own |
3-5 Hours |
Trivia Challenge |
2 Hours |
However, many factors can affect the actual amount of time needed including your students’ familiarity with a program, their seriousness in dealing with the material and each student’s individual ability.
Many programs also include alternatives that shorten or lengthen the time needed or can be used multiple times with different results. This is particularly true of our simulations such as On Your Own Coast-to-Coast.
We believe it is important that the instructor review a software program before having students begin in order to decide the best alternative for fitting the program in the time available.
